ClaimTrust (Murfreesboro, Tenn.), a provider of revenue cycle tools and services for hospitals, has unveiled InSight RAC, a fully hosted, Web-based tool designed to help hospitals minimize RAC exposure and successfully appealing RAC denials.
According to the company, the solution’s built-in RAC knowledgebase includes winning arguments and appeal letter templates proven in the RAC demonstration phase to ensure best practices throughout the appeals process.
InSight RAC provides an intuitive view of all RAC entries and tracks audited claims from chart request all the way to Federal District Court appeal, it touts. The solution can be integrated with the hospital information system to simplify record lookup and payment adjustment monitoring.
